Media+, a female led, independent media agency based in Seattle, has promoted Katrina Stroh to the new role of Vice President, charged with working alongside Managing Partners, Lauren Ramaska and Mary Ann Grajek to develop, evolve and maintain the agency’s culture, strategic direction and overall growth. This role marks a new chapter and forward momentum for the agency which counts Lush, AAA of Washington, Providence, Ben Bridge Jeweler, Sound Credit Union and Papa Murphy’s as its clients.
“Katrina has a robust range of experience, spanning local, regional and national brands across many verticals, which allow her to uncover new, business-driving strategies for our clients,” said Managing Partners, Lauren Ramaska and Mary Ann Grajek. “Her passion for creativity, new media and innovative thinking has been instrumental in our growth over the years and we’re confident that having her in this new role will propel Media+ even further.”
In her previous role as Media Director, Stroh has been an essential part of the business and the vision for Media+ over the last nine years. With more than 16 years of experience in media strategy, planning and activation, and a reputation for breaking down media silos and constructing innovative breakthrough strategies that connect brands to consumers, she is responsible for managing annual client budgets up to $17mm. Most notably, she has led a large, longstanding Media+ client to 150% growth over four years; spearheaded a brand relaunch for Ben Bridge Jeweler, a 100+-year old retailer leading to increased web traffic and YOY sales; and introduced Nature’s Path, a major CPG brand to market through its first ever paid media campaign resulting in significant brand awareness, purchase consideration and an uptick in overall product sales.
“Working at Media+ over the past nine years has been an extremely rewarding experience where I have not only grown as a marketer, but as a mentor, leader and a more compassionate person,” said Stroh. “The culture at Media+ truly is one of a kind, as collaboration and camaraderie naturally exist and everyone’s unique contributions are recognized and celebrated. I’m thrilled to take on this new role as Vice President, leading a vision that combines my long-time passion for research and insights with new opportunities and strategies that deliver value and success for our clients.”
The news comes on the heels of the Media+ brand refresh, which included a new logo, website and more.
