Media+ Promotes Hope Richards to Media Director

Media+, a female-led, independent media agency based in Seattle, has promoted Hope Richards to Media Director. In her new role, she will offer leadership and mentorship across client teams and act as a cross-team liaison within the agency, ensuring all departments are collaborating as a cohesive unit. She will provide strategic counsel for Media+’s in-house digital programmatic team, overseeing the onboarding of new DSPs, evolving internal processes, and identifying new partnerships and revenue streams for the agency. Richards will also assume a larger role in the new business development team.

During her 11 years at Media+ Richards has been instrumental in building and fostering client relationships at the agency, providing strategic guidance and oversight to her clients and teams. She started at Media+ as Media Coordinator and over the years has worked her way up to her most recent position as Associate Media Director where she oversaw two teams, developed day-to-day processes, and ensured all campaigns were executed thoughtfully and with great precision. During her time at Media+ Richards has been instrumental in growing one of the agency’s largest clients from a project scope to Agency of Record status in less than three years. She also led one of Media+’s longest-tenured clients from a traditional-only media approach to a full-funnel, research and data-driven strategy which resulted in surpassed annual membership goals for three years and counting. A trusted partner to media vendors, she helps bring innovative media programs to life and continuously receives accolades for her creativity and collaborative nature.
